1/2 my gym has been purchased from August because he can't quit buying equipment and I can't quit buying them from him.

Good morning. Chest and Back day at Kinetic Fitness

Superset of chest then back, no rest between.

1. Seated pec deck f/b Nautilus Pullover 3x20 each
2. Narrow grip incline converging press f/b curl grip lat pulldown 3x15
3. Seated dip machine f/b Hammer Strength narrow grip row 3x15
4. Hammer Strength Super Incline f/b MAG narrow neutral grip high cable pulldown 3x15
5. Cable fly f/b cable pulldown w rope 3x15

Being 53 years old, I use move volume and medium weights for training, less stress on joints better pump in muscles.

15 reps is in the 62% of 1 RM so in the range for hypertrophy with lower risk of injury!

Almost there...... first pics were this AM big empty room, last two is 90 % of equipment in, just need 5 more pieces moved in and a few more to purchase!!

3 days from the brachialus/pronator tear, and I am 70% pain-free because of BPC-157 peptide given to me by @graceregenerative to help me heal. If you are ever suffering from a injury, Dr Slater is the goto doc to fix. I have referred many clients to her with 100% success with her treatments.

Not only did she help me acutely with this injury, but I had a terriable rear end Collison 5 yrs ago and thought I would never be able to work normal much less lift weights again because of "need" for a 2 level lumbar fusion. Dr Slater did prolotherapy on my spine and SIJ and I have been pain-free for almost 3 yrs, and can lift without pain.

So this post is to recognize that not all injuries need surgery as long as you have someone like Dr Slater who has natural treatments to heal the body without surgery or drugs [not used one pain med other then peptides for this injury, and have been working 15 hrs Sunday through today] to get moved in..

When life gives you Lemons.....

Well the move started Sunday and we were off to a great start but, couldn't move the equipment in because the gym floor wasn't ready. No problem, put it outside for now.... rip....see slide 3.

Yep, tore my bicep and supinator in my forearm, Got a Leg Press for sale but it will try to kill you.

2 more days of 15 hrs of moving and I am almost finished. These pics were taken as I was bringing my squat rack over and I was just enjoying the sunset on my equipment.

2 thoughts,

1. If any of you saw my clinic gym I can't believe I had all that in there :)

2. I couldn't be prouder of all the effort it took to get it their, physically and financially. That's 10 yrs of work in front of me. From renting floor space in Crossfit North Scottsdale to the space I am leaving, next to CFNS, to end up here... it's been a amazing journey and I am looking forward to the next 25 [ stats say I have only 25 yrs left, #52whoscounting]

Again as I finish my day and leave my space on Doubletree Ranch Rd, I am beyond grateful for all of you who have trusted me to help heal ur pain and keep you in the gym... my hope is when you come for treatment in the future you will enjoy the gym YOU help build!!

LEASE IS SIGNED!!!!!!!

10 yrs I have been saying I will have my Physical Therapy practice and open a gym in this building and the time has arrived. It is the beginning of a new phase of my business.

Gone [figuratively] is Kinetic Sports and Spine PT and now we will be Kinetic Physical Therapy & Fitness, which reflects my business model much better.

The lower floor will be a 7100 sq ft gym and upstairs will be the clinical offices for my PTs and other providers who would like to sub-lease space. The goal is to provide a co-op space where multidisciplinary providers can serve a "fitness focused" clientele and work collaboratively to provide excellent care outside the "traditional" Healthcare model.

Will be moving in this week and if your in the area Monday to Wednesday would love to show you around.

Posted this podcast earlier about listening to understand your health.

At 1 hr 48 min they talk about having your doctor write a script for your Gym membership and if you have a HSA or FSA that can be paid for with these tax free dollars!!

I own my own gym so don't need this but would recommend everyone look into this because Muscle Mass and V02 max are the greatest predictors of health vs any diet or meds..

I would encourage everyone to listen to this podcast if you want clear simple understanding on how to change your health!!
