What our members say about Kinetic Fitness
Exactly the kind of gym I was looking for. Much more private than a regular, big-box gym, and WAYYYYYYY less crowded. Equipment is some of the nicest you will see in Arizona, including many of the specialized Nautilus and Atlantis machines that you cant find anywhere else. Highly recommend to people who are serious about their training.

10/10 gym experience. The privacy and lack of crowds make every session efficient. You’ll never wait on equipment or be fighting for space. Great layout, awesome machines, and a clean, focused atmosphere that welcomes new gym goers but also has everything you could want to appeal to experienced lifters. On top of that, the owner is fantastic and really takes pride in keeping the place top-tier.

I have worked out in gyms all over the country and the world, Kinetic Fitness has been one of my favorite Gym experiences. Clean, professional and fully stocked Gym. The fact that the gym has lower numbers of members has allowed me to focus on strong sessions more so than I normally would. No distractions. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that takes training seriously for athletic or personal reasons.
